The eastern shore has the white sandy beaches and waters where windsurfing, kite boarding and hang gliding are very popular sports. The Atlantic waters are also perfect for the many fishermen that stream here for the abundant fish. This area is called the Graveyard of the Atlantic because of the large number of old shipwrecks.
